Tartan Ribbon Ltd aim to despatch all orders received Monday–Friday by 1.00pm on the same day.
STANDARD POSTAGE – SUMMARY
All U.K. orders are free postage.
Cut length orders are despatched via Royal Mail letter untracked post. Full Roll orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you require your order urgently please select option for additional postage or guaranteed next day delivery.
For Tracked delivery you will receive a text advising delivery date.
Please always allow for the delivery timescale advertised and trust us to do everything we can to deliver your order sooner – plan for delivery within the week and that way it’s always a nice surprise when your order arrives early.

Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa and UAE
For international postage, it is the customers responsibility to pay any local taxes upon receipt of goods into receiving country.
ENSURING SAFE, ON-TIME DELIVERIES
The best way to ensure safe delivery is to ensure both the delivery address, email address and phone number you supplied are correct and up-to-date – always supply a mobile number if possible. Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the order – remembering you can choose delivery to your work address, a friend or neighbour etc.
Please be aware that if a parcel needs signing for then it needs to be by an adult.
If paying by PayPal please be aware that PayPal will over-write your delivery details with those you have provided to PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal details are completely up-to-date (ie current address, no old email addresses or phone numbers) and avoid using anyone else’s PayPal account – even your partner’s – as their details will be supplied by PayPal for delivery of your order. Tartan Ribbon Ltd cannot be responsible for this in any way.
NON-RECEIPT
If your order does not arrive within the advised timescale it probably means delivery has been attempted when you were not in. For the fastest solution we offer the following advice . . .
ROYAL MAIL – for small orders, the parcel will probably be sitting safe and sound at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office because the Postie ‘forgot’ to leave a card advising you of an attempted delivery – so a quick phone call to the Delivery Office solves the problem in 95% of cases. Don’t believe them if they say they need a tracking number – they don’t! – all they need is to check for undelivered mail for your address. If they do not have your package please contact us right away and we can arrange a replacement.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery to notify us of your intention. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. A note should be included showing your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please note, we do not cover return postage costs unless the wrong item has been received & can be proved so. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by the late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carriers.
No refunds will be made until the returned goods are received. The original payment method will be reimbursed.
Please note the parcel is your responsibility until received by us. We recommend registered post. Please retain proof of postage (this will be required to claim from the Royal Mail should your parcel get lost).
Any missing items must be reported on the day you receive your delivery. In order for us to look into this please contact us.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver or perform any obligation that is specified in these terms and conditions when the reason for the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We make every effort to show the colours on screen as close as possible to the products you will receive. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Images on this website should not be relied upon as such. The representations are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.
